Fireworks celebrated the opening of Illuminations

Tampere Illuminations brighten up winter’s darkest months every year with light figures hung above the city streets. This year the lights lift the spirits and illuminate the streets between 24 October 2014 and 11 January 2015. The opening ceremonies included fireworks and after that light figures were turned on.
