Lurking In The Archive

I had to look deep in the archive for this old passport from 1984...

The owner (an old friend) was a dodgy character of slightly-left-of-middle-eastern origin.

He didn't enjoy his stay in the UK because the moustache gave him a rather gay appearance and he was frequently "hit upon" by guys in the West End of London.

Now. sadly, no longer with us - his memory lives on ;-)
