MIlky Way (over Weston Park)
A clear night had been forecast for tonight and I'd been promising myself a go at some wide field astro photography. I know I'm not up to the skill levels of some of our esteemed blippers (I'm thinking about you Horomaka), but you've got to start somewhere.
I went out to Weston Park, as somewhere that could offer a location away from light sources. Unfortunately, Telford City Centre was providing light to the west, but nowhere near as much as the racecourse in Wolverhampton, It looked like daylight to the east. You might just make out the Milky Way, but nothing to the vividness of some shots on Blip. It was good fun to try something different.
