It's started.....

Day 1 of the new kitchen. Top cupboards and all wallpaper removed - he had a job to remove the wallpaper - I put it up 16 years ago! New stuff delivered and stashed in the garage. Monday will be busy - plumber and electrician both coming. With the carpenter as well that makes three quite large men trying to work in a space barely 8ft x9ft! All needed though as the carpenter cannot remove the sink unit until the plumber disconnects it and the electrician and plumber need the rest of the units out so that they can work together and work out how the pipes and cables need to be routed because both the sink and the washing machine are being moved to totally different positions - the washing machine out of the kitchen completely. I have every confidence though, as they work together a lot.
