Focaccia Bread or Hamburger buns?

Well both actually. Decided we would have home made hamburgers for dinner, except there were no buns in the house and a 25 minute drive to the shops. So I made a large slab of focaccia bread which did the trick really well...in fact was really really good!
Janine made a plum tart for desert with whipped cream and lemon honey, so we all ate very well.
A busy day getting everything organised for the Spring Fair tomorrow, have loaded it all up ready for an early start in the morning, the forecast is looking great so should be a fun day.
