The Tay at Perth

Such a glorious day.

A swim, a blether and a nice dinner of Kun Po pork. For sweet we had Meringues made with the egg white left over after using the egg yolks from the Hollandaise sauce last night.
Ok, ok yes we did have cream with them. Just glad my cholesterol was OK and doesn't need rechecked for a year.

The day was topped off with a surprise visit from some friends we don't see very often.

Oh and we have a Christening invitation for Ethan. It will be great to see the other half of the family. Mothering Sunday's blip taken care of then.
