Trip 35

This arrived today. I'm very excited.

I wanted to give film photography a go and having noticed this blip, I wanted to learn more about it.

I did a wee bit research into the Olympus Trip 35, a 35mm film camera with a 40mm prime lens, small enough to carry in your pocket. Some time later I was sold on the idea.

I have managed to get a model made in May 1973. It's in pretty good shape considering. A couple of very minor repairs and it will be as good as new. I now need to learn the perks and pitfalls of film. Any tips from film lovers are welcome. (my email is on my about page.)

We'll see how I go. Off to buy some film...
