Once a year the local women's club has a sale.
You seem to be able to buy almost anything, but for me the thousands of second
hand books are the key attraction. As we shall soon be going away for a month I bought dozens [only a slight exaggeration]...
My only other purchase was a cup of tea and a chocolate bun from the display before you, what more could a man ask for on a Saturday morning? Answers below, please!
