River Ythan

A pretty quiet day today, not much to do at work then I decided to head to the gym during the afternoon, I am now struggling to lift my arms and legs and a pretty good weights session, following the plan the instructor has given me. Then at 4 o clock, just as I was away to leave, I was asked to find some drawings, typical! Never mind it kept me busy for an hour.....

I headed home where I decided to loosen off my legs by cycling up to Tesco, taking shot as I went, the moon was just at the right angle to shine down the river when I rode past, I was quite happy with the results!
