Isle of May

Today was supposed to be a hill walk but we called it off when we saw the weather forecast - wet, low cloud and windy.
Instead I did parkrun, not a brilliant time but better than last week, (Mr rat is revering from his cold) and after an early lunch we went for a walk along the Fife Coast Path.
As you can see it was bright and very windy, heading out west was extremely hard work (about as hard as the run earlier) and took a lot longer than the return journey. It was hard keeping the camera still and it got spray on it at one point as I was taking pics of waves on a breakwater.
I was glad we weren't up the hills.
