I Want To Ride My Bicycle

Normally I dont like Mondays, but today has been different. It started of with the sun shining through, not just my window but was strong enough to pierce through my curtains as well and I woke up before my alarm with this strange its a bit like summer feeling. However, as I looked out the window the illusion of summertime quickly faded as I noticed my car was comparable to a block of ice. Undettered though I got up and got myself sorted (before my usual time!) and headed to work a good 2 minutes earlier than normal.

On the way back I decided that I had to get out and do something as the good weather had lasted so I opted for a bike ride along the Forth as there was still plenty of daylight left even for a reasonably long cycle. Which was handy because thats what I did even though I didnt intend too. But my rear wheel got so covered in mud it got clogged between the tyre and the mudguard, that it took me ages to get all the mud out and that didnt happen just the once either. So eventually I got going again just when I noticed this nice view of the hills and the reflection of the Forth. I suppose sometimes bad luck turns out to be good timing.
