"ROWERS ON LADY BIRD LAKE"

Lady Bird Lake is a reservoir on the Colorado River in Downtown Austin, Texas and was created in 1960 by the construction of Longhorn Dam. It is very well used for recreational rowing by the public and various University and private clubs.
In spite if running through the City, the ban on all power boats (other than electric) adds to its tranquility.
