Gluten free??? Granny friendly??

In a wee coffee shop in Tobermory they had a limited range of gluten free offerings ... little were we to know that what they lacked in range they made up for in size!!!!

This meringue was nearly the same size as granny's head!!! Think it fuelled two sugar rushes and not just the one!! Certainly wasn't a challenge to be overcome in one sitting!
