Grand Hotel

We meandered to the grounds of a local "celebrity establishment" named the Grand Hotel. The grounds were nicely designed and maintained, and the waterfront was a blast to visit.

Here is a blue heron, right before it caught a number of fish. The light was supremely harsh, but the subject was very graceful. In the distance, a pelican sits on a pole and keeps watch...

Great fun to see large.
