Fall into the weekend

The weather was perfect today. The sky was beautifully blue, fluffy clouds and it was about 65 degrees or 18.33c it was perfect. It was our last Saturday at Crystal springs farmers market. We were asked to do these last two weeks because no one else wanted them because they liked us!!! I think it was a gamble on the weather. Well we won. It was great. We moved to the other end a few times to sing by the other vendors. It was fun and in the sun. It was almost hot.

One of the candidates for governor was at the market. With 2 weeks to go they are stumping pretty heavy. In Maine we are in the middle of a very tight race for governor. The reason why it is so tight is that there are three candidates. Our current governor was voted into office with 38% of the vote because there were three candidates. The third candidate with no chance of winning stayed in and split the Democratic Party ( so the political pundits say...) this year may be a repeat. It was this third party candidate that was at the market. One vendor told him to move as he was blocking access to her stall.
I will be devastated if the governor is re-elected.

You know those times when you stop and say................NO I did not just see that! That happened to us today. While we were singing.......a ninja ran by us. We just kept singing as he ducked and ran and twisted and jumped.......granted his abs were padded and he was short....but no less impressive as he protected us from harm. It was great.

Dogs were again in abundance. I am completely stumped at the whole dog at the market thing.

Tomorrow we are singing at Local Sprouts for brunch. It should be a fun time.
Right now I am sneezing.
