Eclipse

A partial solar eclipse at 5:52 pm! But I missed it--I went to an amazing lecture on the temptation of despair in post-war Germany. I was planning to walk out at 5:50pm, but the lecture was so good that I stayed. That good.

It was in one of the many new student centres on campus. Their hard-earned future dollars have been well spent on this one, which is a stunning building, with multiple terraces, restaurants, and a pub overlooking the river. Necessary? Not at all.
