Family gathering

My brother in law Craig was up for the weekend so perfect opportunity for a family get together and try out a new recipe.
This was Firecracker pulled beef brisket and was delicious. Though my stepson did regret trying one of the chillis!
A lovely evening of good food, good beer and even better company.
This recipe will definitely become a family favourite.
