Downtown Baku

Restored by the first descent nights sleep in nearly a week I ventured out of the hotel to walk around Baku this morning in the rain. Oil money has clearly benefited the city since last I was here. Lots of modern architecture and the usual designer shops out of the price range of most of the population. Despite this very pleasant and it was nice to get out and about. I managed to bag a few interesting street shots which I will process properly when I get home. This was worked on snap seed which seems very good for basic processing on my iPad.
