Showers , Sunshine and rainbows -

A beautiful walk up to Easedale Tarn above Grasmere.
The walk takes you past some stunning waterfalls and to a height
of 950ft , not quite a mountain but good enough for me.
The weather was changeable between showers and sunshine
but we got to see some stunning rainbows on the way up.

I was giving my hubby a lesson in tree recognition and we
even spotted a Chilean pine (or Monkey puzzle tree) which
we think someone must have planted.
