the incredible spice woman..

..is S and she would give 'The Incredible Spice Men' (my current fave cooking show) a run for their money in any kitchen.

Lunch today with S and three Rs with a delicious spread of curries and a fabulous pudding.
On the menu, Kerala prawns, dahl, vegetables, mushroom rice and these spices in the Punjabi chicken.
(and pudding was cardamon spiced caramelised apple slices with pistachio ice cream.)
NO dinner tonight.
