Rosie's Vertical Tasting

Rosie and Ian very kindly asked Bob and I along to day to join in their vertical tasting of their Louisa Lane wines. They are part of a syndicate and each year a number of dozen cases lands on their doorstep. They have put aside a small number each year and today we (with 10 others) were the lucky group to taste these wines starting from the 2006 right through to 2013 (yes, that'll be 8 bottles).

It was a hot day, and not ideal for a serious red wine tasting, but what the heck! What a fine time we had!
