Hot, hot, hot!

Phil says this burner gets to be about 500 degrees! He likes to "sear" the steaks for approximately 90 seconds before grilling them. They do taste good!

I hardly got to sit down today. Even went on a bike ride with the girls to the park. I only had my phone camera to take pictures. Got a few of the girls hanging on the merry-go-round. We had fun, but the sun was going down and it was getting cold.

We made a vat of chicken soup because Phil isn't feeling good and soup ought to make him feel better. I don't care for the pickling spices he likes to put in it. He doesn't have time to be sick this time of year.
