Apple Day 2014

Here we are again - M invited friends to help pick the apples, cut them up, mash them to pulp before filling the new press to produce the juice for apple juice and cider. It is always good fun and usually the weather is awful but the homemade soup makes it all worthwhile - today my favourite was squash with coconut & lime.
