The Lighthouse

We had to go out for milk and bread so thought we would make a quick roll and flask and go to The Point, see in yesterdays blip. The wind was blowing well and the sun had come out after a night of heavy rain.
Managed to go for a quick walk before the next shower came by. The waves were splashing against the lighthouse wall and it was job to keep the spray off the lens and even harder to stand up right.
The gulls were having a great time lifting and rising in the wind. I think there were a small flock of grey plovers too. I nearly stood on a robin that came really close searching among the seaweed.
Horrible out there again now. Pie and mash for dinner, lovely comfort food :)
