Superheroes

After the forecast of dreadful weather it was a nice surprise to have a sunny morning so we used our extra hour (clocks went back) to have piles of brunch then headed for the beach. Loads of wind-we were sandblasted! Had to do lots of running and jumping to keep warm before retiring to the beach cafe for hot chocolate and cakes.
A quieter afternoon then made pasta from scratch for tea and oversaw bedtimes so L&M could get a rare dinner out together.
The diet hasn't really been observed today...maybe start tomorrow...but at least there's been plenty of exercise!
