The Eye of the...... Mallard!!?

.........well there's never a tiger around when you need one, is there ;-)))
If you look closely you can see hubby and I on the bridge reflected in his eye :-)

We drove all the way to Peterborough in search of a garage that had a whoopee-do web site claiming hundreds of cars in stock and as we drove further into what was clearly not the posh part of town we got more and more dubious. We eventually found the place...a grotty little back-street second hand car dealers with about a dozen cars crammed into a 'pound' and a scruffy port-a- cabin claiming to be the sales office..... we just turned round and drove away....another one I can cross off the list :-/
We fancied a walk to work off the frustration so we found a country park not too far away. It was a nice little place and it made a change to walk somewhere different, the weather was quite dull which made taking photos quite hard but I got a few acceptable shots and we stopped in the little café for a lovely lunch so we had a nice day despite the early annoyance :-))
