Hot, hot, hot.......

Purchased yesterday from the chilli jam stalls at the sausage fest in Lincoln :)
These are absolutely superb, the middle bottle from the sweet heat stall is their hottest, a nice flavour with the heat taking about 20 seconds to come through !!
Then there's the other two, the bhut jam I've not tried yet but the podfather I tried as a sample at the chili jam mans stall, basically it's his hottest jam but instead of being a smooth jam he adds the discarded ghost chillies back into it for an extra kick in the taste buds !!!!! I tried it and instantly regretted it in front of the crowd who had gathered round his stall, had to look composed in front of the onlookers as you do :/
