Ah, Young Love

These two young alpacas looked nice and cosy this morning when I took my granddaughter to the studio where we did our weaving last week. The owner has kindly loaned Maddison a loom before we commit and buy one for her, which I think is so very kind and considerate. She has also had a long chat with Maddison suggesting how she can put a port folio together should she wish to pursue a career in textiles or art.
I then drove to Chelmsford to see my sister before she goes into hospital on Wednesday for another operation. During her check ups following her previous operation in April they found she has an enlarged aorta, so she has to go to Addenbrooks to have this corrected . She's a bit apprehensive about the operation as they have only carried out this particular procedure 85 times at this hospital, but the surgeon is one of the country's top heart specialists and well respected so hopefully all will go well for her. Back to work tomorrow for a rest!!
