Yellow

Clocks back to give us another hour and did we profit from it?

Walk with Dylan and then back home. Then train to Lausanne and then another to Vevey and the ran the half-marathon back to Lausanne. It really is a beautiful race course and the weather was ideal (15 degrees and sunny), lake and alps on the left and vineyards on the right.

Lots of wind though and lots of liitle climbs that should be easy but are not so after 15k (faux plat montant is the french expression which sums it up perfectly I think). Not my best time, but Lizzie says I should be proud of my 19/463 in the old man category.

Here are some yellow trees. Not wild about the group, but still like the song.

ps, Forgot to mention that we put a bandage on Dylan's back to stop him licking a last night. He managed to take the bandage off and eat it! Crazy dog. Fortunately seems ok today. .-)
