Blue water

A trip to Formartines today to purchase Michael's birthday present.
Afterwards we took a walk in the Haddo Estate trout fisheries' woods where we foraged for dropped cones to clean and then dry out for placing in a bowl for the Xmas period.
This picture, taken in the failing light, with my iPhone, doesn't do the blue water justice.
But a fine day it was.
