Is Desserts spelt backwards!

This sensational pavlova was made by my niece Nikita for our Diwali family dinner. It was irresistible, crisp on the outside and light and airy in the inside. It literally melted in the mouth with each spoonful.

She sweetly agreed to sprinkle the icing sugar again, so I could get my blip as it delicately dusted the berries.
