Not a Red balloon

I didn't get involved with red balloons to celebrate 10 years of Blipfoto last week so this is to make up for that.

It's litter of course but I guess it made someone happy before it became litter.

It was trapped in the water below a fast flowing waterfall as water by-passing Rhodeswood Reservoir runs in Valehouse Reservoir in Longdendale. The Autumnal leaves are much more attractive.
