More like Otovice than Otovalo

This is not Quito or Guayaquil or Otavalo (from where I read most of the traveling minstrels from Ecuador hail from). Rather, it's blipped in the Czech Republic. Closer to Otovice than Otavalo.

Their melodic flutey music is famous in many parts of Europe including in Russia (particularly since visa requirements were eased) and Ukraine.
