Canalside Stroll

A birthday party this morning and a leisurely stroll this afternoon, a pretty perfect Sunday.

I actually experimented with some long exposure on the water on this walk to get some interesting shots and although they didn't quite work as interesting photographs themselves, I will be experimenting more soon. I like this one even though technically the composition is all wrong - I actually think that's what I like about it.

The family being in it is also a help :)
