Work, sweet work

It's that time of the week again folks, and Blipfoto's here to help you make your own little dent in the £50m Friday deficit.

You might be slacking with the day job, but you've been busy bees with this week's assignment - "Home, Sweet Home". Some of you made us very jealous with your grand gaffs and spectacular surroundings, while others chose to interpret the theme a bit more literally.

We've really enjoyed looking through them all - here are our favourites...

EverydoorI'veeverlivedbehind
We can assure you there isn't a deliberate ploy to always feature Wingpig's assignment entry, but as long as he keeps coming up with such good approaches we won't be able to resist. (Wingpig - perhaps in future you could provide your factual data in CSV format for easier download and analysis?)

Home away from home
Croz has Mancunian blood pulsing through his veins, but now lives in Germany. As luck would have it, this week he found a little piece of home, just down the road.

Hame, sweet hame...
Continuing the theme of being away from home, Rab, originally from sunny Scotland, is now a 'pit boss' on a cruise liner (he's the nice bloke that takes you off to the secret room and squashes your head in a vice when you cheat). The gaming tables are his new home, but we get the feeling he pines a little too much for deep fried Mars Bars and half-hour-long summers.

My junk
A future assignment idea of ours was to get every Blipper to photograph the contents of the drawer we all have in our homes full of all the junk that doesn't have a home. Looks like a pinhole sky explodes out has beaten us to it. Well done - we loved taking a nosey peek at your sentimental junk!

Kid cage
The school holidays are well underway now, which means bored kids at home and mums and dads trying to hang on to their sanity. Northern's come up with a very innovative solution.

Home is where the heart is
We're suckers for a bit of soppyness here at Blipcentral, so thought we'd finish off our review and start our weekends with Tractor Factory's entry.

Last week, we asked you to buck up your ideas and send us some suggestions for future assignments. You didn't disappoint - we've now got enough material to last until about 2048. The suggestion which most stood out came from Flick and Hope in two slightly different formats. So here it is....

This week's assignment is 'The Illustrated Blipcyclopaedia' (stay with us on this one). What we want you to do is choose the name of someone else's Blipfoto journal and illustrate it.

EDIT: Don't forget to tag your entries with 'assignment7'!
