Delicious
Well, weather wise ; not a particularly gorgeous day so we had a little sleep in for a change and read our books. I am reading " Nora Webster" by Colm Toibin (sorry, I don't have an inflection key on this keyboard so I can't put them over the o and the i) Anyway it's a really good Irish story that I am enjoying immensely.
For lunch, I decided to go healthy and picked some fresh kale, spinach and parsley from the garden, added some chia seeds, almond meal, 1 tbs of coconut milk, frozen blueberries and water. I popped these in the blender, gave them a whirl and in no time was enjoying a delicious smoothie. Yum! Yum!
