With a lazy start to the day I decided I would be productive and go food shopping. When I got down to Cadboro Bay village there'd been a power cut so I wandered along the beach to kill some time. Unfortunately after half an hour the power still didn't come back on so I had to go elsewhere to get my fruit and veg. I had never seen caddy bay so rough and choppy. It's usually so still and calm.

In the evening it was a friends 21st birthday party. The birthday cake icing was so good. Marshmallow flavour, I was in heaven. I then attempted to head back for a quiet night but a couple of friends whipped out rum, wine and a pack of cards...
