Purple Fungi

Out with Jet for a walk this afternoon. Took lots of photos in the woods as the canopy thins allowing more light onto the forest floor.

Decided to have a look at the flood works further up the valley. I can report landscaping is underway but not ready to be photographed. As I turned back I noticed a splash of colour on the forest floor. Never seen a purple mushroom before so decided this would be my offering today.

Not a clue as to the variety. Any help identifying great fully received.
