Things in order for tomorrow, all ready for an early night...then I remembered that I'd lost a bolt from my rear mudguard on the last long ride and had acquired a couple of replacements but they've been sitting in front of my computer for several months. So wheel off and mudguard secured, which took all of 5 minutes so its quite pathetic that it's taken me so long to get around to it.

You can see that I've never used the really low gears - I am skeptical that it's actually possible, my legs would be going round as fast as a hamster wheel but I wouldn't be moving quickly enough to stay upright.
