SORE BACK?WHAT WOULD YOU CHOOSE

i suffer from a really sore back especially after having my two kids. but today it is killing me and my princess was not at nursery cos off a bad cough but I'm sure she'll come home with alot worse just dreading the little critter stage kids pick up all sorts at nursery.I'm off to die quietly.
