Light work

The clocks went back last night and so an extra hour in bed made for an early 10K run along the coast between Cullercoats and Tynemouth. Then a shopping spree at Tynemouth Sunday market. It was warm but very breezy and later in the day Danny had a brief dive in the sea!!
