Yesterday

Bought another ticket to ride, this time for the Mersey Ferry. The sun was almost shining, and we had a 50 minute journey across to the Wirral and then down the Mersey before returning to the Pier Head. 'Here comes the sun' we said, as it shone briefly. Made a quick pilgrimage to the Superlambanana, had lunch in a fab deli, then hit the shops.

Ended the day taking snaps of a fantastic sunset over the Mersey, then the fab four headed up to the Philharmonic pub for a pint and dinner in the Everyman Bistro, polishing off a bottle or two of the red stuff and had a damn good natter.
