Dark Nights are Here

It must be winter as BB put his long trousers on this morning. However it was so mild today (15.5 degrees when we dropped BB off at breakfast club before 8am), that he could easily still have had his shorts on. Our train was cancelled (again), so we drove in and got stuck in hideous traffic. Great start to the day/week – grumble, grumble.

Quiet at work today as lots of people seemed to be on annual leave. This gave me the chance to get on with a piece of work that came in my direction almost as soon as I got into the office this morning.

Here’s a similar view to that which appeared in last Monday’s blip – taken very hastily as I headed for the bus home. When I left work tonight it was dark, but still incredibly mild.
