Day 1 - We can use the toilet...

At long last we are getting our bathroom renovated. It was long due. The work started today and the the old bathroom was stripped out. So far the joists look good only some floor boards will need to get replaced. Hopefully it stays like that. After dinner I started stripping the wall paper which worked surprisingly well with the exception of some very sticky patches. The bathroom turned temporarily into a Turkish Bath. Ah well, I left most of the tricky/sticky bits for tomorrow.
