Beatles-tastic.

Grandmama made a special appearance for the day and joined us for Bucks Fizz and Breccchhie before we embarked on our Beatles Taxi Tour, driven by Danny - complete with his John Lennon specs! He told us some tales and imparted his knowledge and tenuous links to the fab four, which was all very interesting and fun. Echo joined us along the route, for an impromptu ten-minute blip meet, so that was good too!

Many of the places along the route happened to be Grandmama's old stomping ground, so she was adding snippets of her life in Liverpool (where Stu was born, where he went for an interview, where she taught, where they got Chinese takeaway...that sort of thing!) which made it all the more enjoyable. Danny dropped us back at the Docchhh, where we then went to do The Beatles Story, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Thai for dinner - VERY yummy and onto the Hard Day Night's Hotel for equally yummy cocktails.
