Halloween .. Coming soon

From the inside
Looking out the rain lashed back door

We are really in to Halloween
& decorate the outside of the house
for the occasion .

We live in a row of cottages
& come Friday
( fingers crossed for dry weather )
We shall have visits from a steady stream of our young neighbours
( Usually with parents I'm tow )

(Planning a warm calvados drink for the parents )

They of coarse have to do ' a Turn '
& in return we offer a handful of
Treats

It is always a fun evening

A couple of years ago our lovely
Romanian neighbour Mara & her wee sister
appeared dressed as fairies
not quite up with this tradition
When I asked if she would do 'a Turn'
for us
She joyfully pirouetted on the spot !
