Worth the Wait

Today was a bit showery as far as I can tell, Maybe there was just one shower but that's the one that caught my attention. After a night of crazy dreams that mixed people and places from all continents, I got up in time to walk Nomi to work and stop for a coffee along the way..

Finding a new spot on the lake for sunset, I spent about three hours waiting on this shot. I really had to play with the luminosity after setting the ISO too high and develop the colours but I knew they were in there. I've really been struggling with the white balance settings on the Nikon but slowly slowly catchy landscapes.
