The long way home

Timing is everything apparently and we didn't time the Cumbria to Isle of Mull return well. The weather was foul along with landslides and poor information the route home was extended by 150 miles, the joys of living in a remote area. However the colour of the hills, trees and countryside looked stunning and more than made up for the conditions. Due to the uncertainties of the ferry we set off from Glasgow heading to Mull via Perth, Pitlochry and Fort William without stopping in case we missed the 'last' ferry, missing a photo opportunity of the colours.
