Second prize in the sandcastle competition

My daughter and I could felt the judge was biased to people under the the age of twelve but we tried to hide our disappointment by sobbing quietly. First prize went to Grandson 2 ( by age of course ) for his fort and abbey seen yesterday at Tresco and specifically for his attention to detail. Third to my Granddaughter 2 ( also by age of course ) for her very ambitious model of the whole of the Island of Tresco including both castles, the abbey, ponds , lake , gardens , roads and sea , which, in retrospect was a little over ambitious.
