Booked into the cinema to see The Book Of Life with grandchildren this afternoon

On returning home -was told the television couldn't be turned on - a film equates to two hours of TV watching - and anymore than that is not allowed

Ended up getting some books out - including these cloth ones - the first books I read to them - as they played with the scrunchy pages - and moving parts

They couldn't talk in those days - but think reading has enhanced it now
